What we build under our own name. The name is the guarantee.
An AI companion for the Mac that grows a personality the way people do: by living. Its mind runs on your machine.
Something you love, lifted off a photo and stuck to your desktop, holding your notes. Small on purpose.
A test that finds original minds, wherever they grew up. In private trial.
More in production. We announce when we ship, not the other way around.
Open problems, taken personally. Published as we go.
A companion that speaks first without becoming an interruption, built as engineering rather than manners. Published.
The architecture under WUKO: software built to live with consequences. Published.
An experiment to measure what physics has only ever assumed: the one-way speed of light. Published.
The science behind Divergence: finding the original mind, fairly.
Fixed-price work with the method published.
No call and no proposal. Work starts when you pay and lands within a day.
Nothing enters the catalogue without a repeatable method behind it.
Client work in three tiers, from campaigns to full AI systems.
Campaigns, custom platforms, and full AI architecture.
A short roster on purpose, so every brief gets our best hours.
Two senior partners, an ensemble of AI, and thirty years of craft.
Judgment that crosses fields is the asset that compounds.
Sustainable systems. Medical advancement. New materials.
Products we built because nobody else would, or could. Each lives at its own address; this is the front door.
WUKO is a desktop companion for the Mac. It remembers, it keeps a creative practice going for months at a stretch, and its personality is grown, not written: lived history does the authoring, and a script never touches it. Its language model runs on your machine, so what you say to it is never sent to the lab or to any third-party AI service. It goes online only for features that need it: weather, news and web search. The companion is what you see. The architecture underneath is the research, published as a preprint one card over.
wuko.lfmlabs.com →Menu-bar app · macOS 14+Tiny Boop puts a cutout of something you love on your desktop and lets you stick notes around it. Pick any photo and it trims the background away. Click your sticker to open a note, click again to tuck it back. Every so often it pops up to say hello. Everything happens on your Mac. No uploads, no account. A small thing, in the corner of your eye.
tinyboop.lfmlabs.com →Most tests reward the right schooling, the right language, the right culture. Divergence hunts for something rarer: the mind that connects what nobody thought to connect. Credential-free and double-blind, so nothing counts except the thinking. In private trial now; wider release when it has earned it.
More is in production as you read this. We announce work when it ships, which makes the quietest card on this page the one worth watching.
